Great customer service

I‘ve ordered a T-Shirt for my boyfriend. Unfortunately it was way too small (though size L usually fits him).
So I ordered a bigger one. Instead of having to return the old one, customer service told me to keep and enjoy it or donate it if I’d like. Isn’t that nice? I didn’t even have to pay for shipping for the second T-shirt. To me, that’s really generous. Thanks a lot!
