Good apparel, slow shipping

The Tees and print are really good quality unlike many other similar sites. However, the shipping itself is awfully slow. Given it is all within EU, it takes a long time to arrive to me. And they're not too helpful when asking about shipping. For my most recent order, I placed it about 3 weeks before a planned trip to ensure there was plenty of time to get the package. Days go by and no shipping so I reached out to them to ask about it and then they sent me a shipping number (label created) but the package hasnt been actually mailed even days after so I doubt it would reach me in time.

I ordered 2 t shirts for my son which were excellent but sadly too small. You replaced quickly and kindly allowed us to keep the smaller ones to register which was so generous! Amazing quality t shirts and great customer service!

I ordered a t shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas, it was awesome and he loved it but unfortunately it was too small. I easily tried to return and I was very quickly sent a bigger size without even having to return the original! Brilliant service and a great product.
